Mapletree Groundbreaking

Kadean Construction and Mapletree recently hosted a ceremonial groundbreaking event for a new ground-up 420,260 SF warehouse. The high-end logistics facility is located at 1180 Corporate Center Drive East in Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania.

Key stakeholders, local officials and community members joined together for a champagne toast, lunch and dirt toss to celebrate the collaborative efforts and shared vision driving the project forward.

Design-Build Facility for Mapletree by Kadean Construction

Kadean Construction is proud to partner with Mapletree on this design-build project! The facility will feature 40-foot clear heights, 64 dock doors, 64 trailer stalls and 189 parking spaces.

  • The new industrial facility will be built on a 37.64 acre site.
  • Chiagorom Osu, Mapletree’s Head of U.S. Logistics Development, delivered remarks alongside Kadean Director Steven Judge.
  • Ceremonial dirt toss by the Mapletree team.
  • The project is targeting LEED Silver certification.
  • Kadean Construction and Mapletree celebrate breaking ground in Tobyhanna, PA.
  • Completion is expected in 2026.
