Kadean NERP (Non-Employee Recruiting Program)
If an external non-Kadean employee refers a potential hire, and this person is not someone already in Kadean’s network or list of prospects, then this person receives a cash referral bonus upon successful hire of the new Kadean employee. The bonus will be paid as follows 90 days after the employee’s first day of work (assuming they are still employed at this time):

Office Staff:
• $4,000 Bonus – Project Manager, Project Director
• $2,000 Bonus – Project Engineer
• $1,000 Bonus – Administrative Staff
Field Staff:
• $3,000 Bonus – Superintendents
Rules & Stipulations:
Program to take effect as of January 13th, 2020.
The person referring MUST make an introduction, not just forward a resume.
The employee must remain employed for 90 calendar days.
