Kadean Construction is proud to be one of the very first members of the Missouri Medical Cannabis Trade Association and count several of the Board of Directors amongst our current clients. Since building the first CBD cultivation facility in the state of Missouri in 2016, we have been dedicated to supporting the growth of the cannabis industry in Missouri and beyond.

Kadean has been contracted for design/build services on 6 St. Louis based cultivation and manufacturing facilities, representing more than 13 percent of all cannabis cultivation and manufacturing licenses now operating statewide. With in-house design, Kadean is able to provide a full-service package to our clients and help better serve them with a well coordinated and complete project. Kadean has also been contracted for construction management on one additional manufacturing facility in the St. Louis area; there are potential opportunities to expand our work in the cultivation and manufacturing industries.

Through work with multiple clients, all with different strategies, Kadean has been able to gain a plethora of knowledge in the medicinal marijuana industry.
