3 Projects Named Commercial Real Estate Award Finalists
We’re proud to have 3 projects as finalists for St. Louis Business Journal’s 6th Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards 2022 (previously called the Building St. Louis Awards).
Best New Development: Proper Brands – 58,000 SF Cannabis Cultivation & Manufacturing Facility in Rock Hill, MO.

Best Multifamily Development: The Barclay – 32,000 SF 4-story, 14 luxury condos in Kirkwood, MO.

- Tower Tee Golf & Recreation in St. Louis, MO.
These awards recognize commercial real estate projects that have created a community impact in the areas of investment, jobs created and potential impact on surrounding areas. The Commercial Real Estate Awards also honor the major players involved in each project, including the owners, developers, brokers, architects/designers, engineers, contractors and financial lenders.
Best New Development: This can include retail, office, arts, restaurant, residential, health care or education projects.
Best Multifamily Development: This can include apartments, lofts, condos or townhouses.
Community Impact: A development that positively and uniquely impacts the region. Factors can include transit accessibility, providing open space or other positive social impacts.
