To support continued growth and increased production capacity, Marvin partnered with Scannell Properties and Kadean to deliver a 401,300 square foot manufacturing and distribution facility. The building was designed to support three dedicated product lines, integrating fabrication, assembly, warehousing, and distribution within a single, highly coordinated environment.
Kadean engaged early with the developer and design team to provide constructability insight, value engineering, and a phased permitting strategy. This approach helped streamline delivery while aligning the facility with Marvin’s operational goals. The project reflects Kadean’s experience delivering complex manufacturing environments where building performance and production requirements work together from day one.
