Kadean Strengthens Industrial Business Unit with Strategic Additions in the Northeast

Kadean Construction is proud to announce the addition of two key team members to our Philadelphia office to support the continued growth of the company’s Industrial Business Unit and projects nationwide.
Derek Preston
Derek Preston has joined as Industrial Director. He has eight years of specialty concrete construction operations management experience and brings extensive expertise to support Kadean’s industrial growth and project execution in the Northeast region. His leadership will strengthen Kadean’s ability to deliver comprehensive construction solutions in a demanding market.
Caroline Holmes
Caroline Holmes has also joined Kadean’s team as Project Development Manager. She has nearly seven years of experience in third party development of industrial real estate and warehouse properties. Her focus at Kadean will be cultivating client relationships and supporting strategic growth initiatives throughout the Northeast.
As Kadean continues growing its Industrial Business Unit and geographic reach, Steven Judge, formerly Director of the company’s Philadelphia office, is expanding his role to become Preconstruction Director serving Kadean’s three offices and business units nationwide. He will help strengthen preconstruction operations while reinforcing the collaborative First Call mindset that defines Kadean’s approach to client service and project delivery.
