Kadean is committed to being a positive force in the communities where we live and work.
Through our Beyond Buildings program, we are building a more intentional approach to volunteering, giving, and partnerships that support meaningful impact at both the local and national level.
As a national builder, we also recognize the opportunity to support the communities where we build. In addition to our home offices in St. Louis, Kansas City, and Philadelphia, we are continuing to look for ways to give back in the regions where our projects take place.
This effort reflects how we show up as a company.

Paid Volunteer Time
Each Kadean team member receives 3 paid days per year to volunteer with a qualified nonprofit organization.
This allows our team to support causes they care about in their local communities as well as in the areas where we are actively building. Group volunteer opportunities are encouraged, creating shared experiences across teams and regions.
National Charity Focus
Each year, Kadean aligns around a shared cause that connects all offices and strengthens our collective impact.
This focus creates opportunities for coordinated volunteer efforts across St. Louis, Kansas City, Philadelphia, and project locations nationwide, reinforcing a unified culture while expanding our reach.
Donation Match Program
Kadean supports employee giving by matching charitable donations to eligible nonprofit organizations.
