364 Logistics Center Groundbreaking

Kadean Construction and NorthPoint Development recently hosted a ceremonial groundbreaking event in Maryland Heights, Missouri. The new ground-up 645,000 SF warehouse is part of NorthPoint’s 364 Logistics Center development. Kadean is serving as the general contractor for Building 4, a build-to-suit cross-dock distribution warehouse.

Key stakeholders, local officials and community members joined together for celebratory speeches and a dirt toss to celebrate the collaborative efforts and shared vision driving the project forward.
