Joe Kelley Joins Kadean Construction As Project Development Manager in Kansas City

Kadean Construction is pleased to announce that Joe Kelley has joined the design/build contractor’s Kansas City office as Project Development Manager.  He will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities locally and nationally that drive Kadean’s continued growth in the industrial, healthcare, multifamily, food & beverage, hospitality, entertainment, and other commercial markets.

Kelley has eight years of experience in project management and real estate development, including the past six years as Senior Manager, Real Estate Development at Opus Development Company in St. Louis where he strategically managed site selection, due diligence, design, construction, lease-up, and asset disposition.  

“Joe is a native of Kansas City, and we are excited to have him return home and put his impressive experience to work for our clients in this market and beyond,” said Jon Runyan, Vice President in charge of Kadean’s Kansas City office.  “He will work closely with our in-house design team and lead preconstruction efforts to manage our client’s expectations and deliver a valuable experience they would never hesitate to repeat.”

Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Saint Louis University. He is a member of the Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital Development Board.
