Family Care Health Centers Opens New Facility

Family Care Health Centers (FCHC) cut the ribbon, opening its new, 27,000 square-foot modern and state-of-the-art health care facility in St. Louis’ Dutchtown Community on May 21, 2026. The event coincided with FCHC’s 57th anniversary.

Kadean Construction served as the General Contractor for the new center, working in partnership with NAVIGATE Building Solutions. Trivers served as the project architect for the new facility. The project was funded in part by the Missouri Primary Care Association (MPCA) and the Community Development Administration (CDA).

The new 27,575-square-foot outpatient healthcare facility was designed to expand access to essential services for the surrounding community. This includes primary care, behavioral health, Women, Infants and Children (WIC) support services. The new building also features an on-site pharmacy, laboratory services, staff training areas, and administrative offices.

At Kadean, our Healthcare Business Unit is built on understanding the mission behind every project. This facility represents more than a new building. It creates a place where patients can access critical healthcare resources, providers can better serve their community, and Family Care Health Centers can continue advancing its mission for years to come.

Projects like Family Care Health Centers reflect our First Call mindset. By listening first, understanding our client’s goals, and working collaboratively throughout the process, we help create environments that support better experiences for patients, staff, and the communities they serve.
