Parkland Cuts Ribbon on New Heart Health Center
Kadean Construction joined BJC HealthCare and Parkland Health Center for a ceremonial ribbon cutting event to mark the grand opening of the newly renovated Heart Health Center. Located in Farmington, Missouri on the Parkland Health Center Campus, the building underwent extensive interior renovations and upgrades to better serve to the local community.

This exciting services expansion represents a major investment in advanced cardiac care services within a reasonable distance to residents throughout the Parkland region. Community members, business leaders, and healthcare partners toured the new facility, connected with care teams, and received complimentary heart health screenings.
The event featured remarks from Parkland Health Center President Annette Schnabel and Regional Practice Administrator Kim Robinson, who shared how this new center enhances the ability to deliver seamless, high-quality cardiac care close to home.
With the opening of the new Heart Health Center, Parkland’s Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehabilitation program, Cardiology Diagnostic Testing, and BJC Medical Group Cardiology are now all together under one roof to provide a more connected, comprehensive care experience.
About the Project
The 7,400-square-foot facility will serve as a dedicated cardiology health and rehabilitation center. Key components include a heart imaging suite with an imaging room, hot lab, and stress testing lab space. The rehab space features a physical therapy gym with a lap track, exercise equipment, and
care station. The project was completed as a phased build-out as the space was partially occupied during construction. Our teams took great care and precaution to minimize patient care interruptions.
Kadean is proud to once again partner with BJC HealthCare and Parkland Health Center to continue to raise the level of care available to the community.
