Our History

1963
George Keutchens and Dean Climer founded Kadean Construction to serve the growing construction market.
1996
Gary Frossard becomes new Kadean Construction owner.
2008
Mike Eveler and Matt Breeze become shareholders.
2016
Mike Eveler becomes President, Matt Breeze becomes Vice President of Operations and Travis Mulder, Vice President of St. Louis, becomes shareholder.
2018
To serve an even broader range of clients and industries, Kadean opened an office in Kansas City.
2023
Kadean’s Philadelphia office, its third nationwide location, opened.
